Adnan Oktar: The Sun rises where it sets. And it sets where rises. That is generally the case. Since the Sun set here, it is from here it will also rise. That is my first belief. My second and fundamental belief is that, according to the hadith, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will appear in Istanbul. There are many hadith about that. They refer to Konstantiniyye. There are also many hadith about the Turks undertaking this duty. Many hadith speak of the Mahdi emerging from among the Turks. That is how it appears when we look at the historical circumstances. That is how it appears when we look at the social conditions. LOOKED FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE CURRENT FLOW OF GENERAL HISTORY, THIS IS THE CASE. INDEED, THERE IS NO COUNTRY EXCEPT TURKEY APPROACHING LEADERSHIP AT THE MOMENT. IT ALSO APPEARS THAT TURKEY WILL BE THE NATURAL LEADER. The ideal thing, the generally accepted view in the Islamic world, is Turkish leadership. Whoever one asks, whichever Arab country one asks, they all want Turkish leadership. I have not seen anyone asking for any other country.

Adnan Oktar: Let me tell you the reason for this. The Turkish nation is the standard bearer of Islam. This nation displayed this characteristic for a thousand years. Allah has given this task to the Turkish nation. The hadith accounts have also shown this. In the hadith, too, the Mahdi will also appear in Turkey in the End Times. He will even serve in Istanbul. And we can see that the Turkish nation is a noble one from its history, its practices and its moral values. That is true in Kazakhstan and in East Turkestan. A really most elect and excellent nation. IF WE ASKED NOW WHO SHOULD BE THE LEADER OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD, EVERYONE WOULD AND WILL SAY TURKEY. This is not a racial superiority, but one of ability and capability, for which reason we must make this blessing a reality at once. A Turkic Union must first be established right away, and there is no need to form a queue. For instance, Syria and Azerbaijan can amalgamate with Turkey at one and the same time. At the same time, there is no need for a queue. This union must be founded, under Turkish leadership, right away. Nobody will have any problems once that is done.
